Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. To qualify for a refund, you must inform us of your wish to return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your items. The items must be returned in original condition with packaging intact and items in a saleable condition. 

Please obtain a certificate of posting. In this circumstance you will be liable to pay and arrange for the goods to be returned in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of goods. You must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your intent to exercise this right.
